Booked a cruise with Brett. Everything went very smoothly and enjoyed recommendations for excursions. Him and Alex kept us in the know for all we needed and when we needed to get things done. Never used an agent before, will definitely use SeaLandAir for any more vacations

With technology at our fingertips in today's world it's easy for us to push a button and book a vacation on our own and I admit I've done that more often than not. But, let me just say after the amazing experience I had working with Brett and his family I will indeed be a repeat customer. Throughout the booking process and up until the time we flew to our Punta Cana destination Brett was very helpful and beyond patient when it came to responding to all my questions. What really impressed me was the level of care he gave us when I sustained a serious injury at the resort. We needed to fly home as quickly as possible as I needed oral surgery. Although the Amstar folks on site at the resort were very kind and helpful they were having difficulty finding us a return flight home. As a last resort we reached out to Brett hoping he could offer some suggestions. He went above and beyond the service one would expect from a travel agent. Even though he was occupied with a family function he actually found us a flight at a great price, booked it for us and put us in better seating knowing I would be uncomfortable on the long flight home. His willingness to help was very much appreciated and took away some of our anxiety and stress. We were now flying home. Two days after my surgery my phone rang that morning and it ended up being Brett's mom (I'm sorry, I don't recall the name). She had called with the sole purpose of seeing how I was doing. She had been concerned and had actually lost some sleep worrying about my condition. That right there struck a cord with me. ❤ The kindness of this family will not soon be forgotten!! We booked our first tour with Sea Land and Air Travel. Brett was incredibly responsive to my MANY questions. We visited 2 countries and had a lot of extras added in and all of the details were communicated very clearly with us. Who knew that booking with a travel agency could save you so much money? Sea Land Air Travel is the most personable, fair, high-quality travel agency I know. They've been in Paw Paw for decades and even survived the pandemic. When it comes to traveling, I like to save money, and travel agents Brett and Alli helped me get the best deals on the trip that I planned with them. It's now been a year since I've worked with them, and I've enjoyed 3 trips around the world worry & stress-free. My favorite part was when my flight was canceled in Barcelona returning to the states was, I had to book a hotel and stay an extra night. I didn't have to call the airlines or deal with any hassle; it was all taken care of by the agency!!
