Almost every trip Ive taken in the last 6 years was via Going, formerly Scotts Cheap Flights. Due to work I have not been traveling the last year and unlike a couple of the negative reviews saying it was difficult to cancel I had no issue whatsoever. Next year I will resume my subscription.

Was a loyal customer of Scott's Cheap Flights for three years. Ever since they became Going, I've noticed a decline in the service. A few days ago I noticed that they increased the yearly membership fee from $150 for premium members, to more than $200 (including tax). I'm shocked and outraged because I was never notified of the increase. When I contacted them to complain I was told that "they hoped to bring value to the rest of my membership". So sad. I don't even get that many deals from them anymore, and they try to compensate by sending me information on places I should visit. I will NOT miss this service, or their irrelevant emails.

What we love most about Scott's Cheap Flights is in the paid version, we receive hot tips on travel to places we have dreams of visiting, but don't always readily come to mind. In short, Scott's Cheap Flights allows us to dream big while not breaking the bank. A must-have in any frequent traveller's arsenal. Keep up the great work, y'all!

We don't randomly trot over the globe. We were looking for a cheap flight to Japan for our (partly Japanese) family. Google kept on sending us alerts for Osaka: $1700! $1950! (For one ticket.) Having subscribed to Scott's Cheap Flights, we were directed to Air Canada where we could choose our dates, and booked FOUR tickets, without baggage fees, for $2250. Chose seats. Have plenty of time to plan our spring trip. Thanks, Scott.

I love this site! I’ve literally taken all of my trips since being a member through flights purchased through their email notices. Member for life!
