What a wonderful trip, absolutely magnificent! This journey was exactly what I had in mind when we started the planning process in February 2024. I’m so grateful to you, Jigmey, to Sayang Holidays, and to Pandaw. We all loved every minute of the itinerary. The guides were fantastic—so different from one another, but each one superb, kind, knowledgeable, and organized. Could not have asked for better teachers as we made our way across the region. The drivers, too, were equally wonderful, skilled, careful, and helpful in every way. We so appreciated how the itinerary was planned. Such careful and nuanced attention to timing, distance, and pacing. It was perfect. The hotels were excellent and offered a range of experiences, i.e., some were high end, some were resorts, some were urban, some were in the countryside, all worked well for us, and many we would love to visit again. Finally, I cannot say enough about the wonderful Pandaw cruise up the Mekong, which formed the centerpiece of our trip. Amazing. From the first minute we stepped on the boat, until we had to say good-bye and get off, we were treated like royalty. The crew was beyond fantastic in every way. The boat itself is beautiful and very comfortable. The food was delicious and elegantly served. Our fellow passengers were great. The excursions were wonderful. Varied and interesting, always different and pitched just right so we learned a great deal, explored new terrain, got some good exercise, and met wonderful people along the way. Pandaw drew on the expertise of local guides in each area, and they were terrific, so knowledgeable and kind, great leaders for the group. We are telling all of our friends about Sayang Holidays and Pandaw and we look forward to having another opportunity to travel with them.

Just got back from a trip to Kenya that Pannir set up for us. The itinerary was great, and everything worked out perfectly without experiencing any issues. He was very helpful and communicative, and guided us through any questions we had. Definitely would book through him again!

Sayang Holidays came up way at the bottom of the list when I searched "Travel Agent near me" - Thank Goodness I decided to go local!! Jigmey saved me $1000+ and a huge migraine! I will never purchase online again - I ABSOLUTELY recommend them for any travel needs! Amazing Service - Thank You!!

Would NOT recommend. First, the flight portions were terrible. I called months in advance, was sent flight information and I asked him to reserve flights to lock them in. When it was time to pay for the flights, we got different flights because he didnt reserve them. Now we had a 3 hop, instead of 2, return flight from asia to SFO. On the day of our trip, we got all middle seats for the long international flight out! The counter clerk said we could have reserved seating at purchase. Called Jigmey and he said they were supposed to keep family together... Nop. I asked him to please check the domestic transfers for seating together, especially the return flight. Guess what, I had to check/fix each domestic flight leg to pick seats. The return was no better, the 4 hr transfer from bangkok to taiwan were also all middle seats. The long taiwan to SFO flight was also not unassigned. Again, I'm scrambling at last minute to fix things. Not acceptable for total trip price with air about 20k. Finally, the actual trip contents were average - low content with shop stops and optional/extra fee tours. Overall not worth the packaged price. Wont be recommending this company to family or friends. ps. also left out important travel information like Laos visa at airport only takes US dollars ($41 per person)and there is NO ATM for dollars before the visa checkpoint and they dont take credit/debit. We barely scraped by...

I've had a great experience with Sayang Holidays. I've booked a number of complex reservations, and Jigmey and team were great about getting us exactly the flights we wanted. I've enthusiastically recommended Sayang to others.
