I recently had the pleasure of dining at Savor, the student-run restaurant at the Culinary Institute of America in San Antonio's Pearl District. This establishment offers a unique experience where culinary students showcase their skills under the guidance of expert faculty. The four-course meal was exceptional. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, reflecting the students' dedication and creativity. The service was attentive and professional, contributing to an overall delightful dining experience. Savor's contemporary American menu incorporates innovative twists on classic dishes, inspired by global cuisines. The restaurant's atmosphere is both trendy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for special occasions or a memorable night out. I highly recommend Savor to anyone seeking a distinctive and delicious dining experience in San Antonio. It's not just a meal; it's an opportunity to support and witness the development of future culinary professionals. We will definitely be back for more. The rabbit was my favorite. This place is in The Pearl district and one of my go took for a delightful evening, enjoy.

We had a wonderful dining experience at SAVOR. As a local, I often forget how amazing this place is! Our food was delicious, the service was spot on and very attentive! Pheonix our waiter was genuine and provided outstanding service! We were impressed by the involvement of Fabien as well! Can’t wait to go back! Don’t hesitate to let these students WOW you!

The food was delicious. We chose the five course dinner. All dishes we chose were perfect, except maybe for the lamb which could have been even better if accompanied by a bland starchy element such as bread or potato puree to soak up the sauce and attenuate the spiciness. The chocolate mousse was so amazing I would have loved to order a second one! Service was great. Our server Paloma was very nice and engaging. If I lived in San Antonio I would eat there often! I like the fact that instead of a device charge, there's a 20% that goes toward the students for scholarships.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Savor. The atmosphere and service were great! Love the idea of the students cooking and serving you. The food and drinks were delicious.

This student (Culinary Institute of America) run restaurant is so good and affordable. You can choose three or four courses and have many choices as to what you want for each course. You can also do a wine pairing or simply order from their bar, which is excellent. Go support these incredible students and enjoy a wonderful dinner for a good price compared to most places.

My wife and friend had a conference there a week ago. We decided after doing YouTube research this was our spot. The management and staff/students did not disappoint. Mason was amazing server. Brent is the best Maitre D with service second to none! Katrina (head chef) ran the kitchen staff with class and true professionalism while creating delish food. Everything we tasted and drank was delicious. We all shared each other food and cocktails because they were all fantastic. Highly recommend!! Brent came around to every table to make sure the satisfaction was superb. We will definitely visit again when in San Antonio. Thanks so much.
