I booked flights through them to travel with my girlfriend for her work trip. They booked us different return flights originally. I looked and there were open seats on the same return flight as my girlfriend but when i called customer service they refused to change my return flights when they are the ones who booked different flights originally. When I contacted customer service every rep was rude and refused to look into the situation or help. I had to buy new return flights so I could fly with my girlfriend. They would not even offer a credit.

TRAVELER BEWARE!!! If I could give this business a zero, I would. Rather than book my trip as a continuous round trip, Sato (without my knowledge) booked two seperate round trip tickets; one round trip flight from Dulles to Dubai and back, and another round trip from Dubai to Crete and back to save their agency money. On my return from Crete, a flight was delayed to Dubai causing me to ultimately miss the roundtrip flight from Dubai to Dulles. After MANY phone calls (Spent collectively 2hrs on perpetual hold with SatoTravel alone at $2.00 a minute with my cell phone carrier and noone ever picked up) I learned: 1)Sato booked my Dullas to Dubai round trip ticket with a domestic carrier that had relationship with the foreign carrier I was flying on and their contract renewal for this relationship was up for negotiation 2)Because the contract was under re-negotiation, both airlines were locked out if the system and unable modify my ticket to rebook me. (SATO neglected to advise me of this and knowingly booked me on flights I may have problems rebooking) 3)The only party that had access to the reservation to modify was SATO and over a 48hr period of continuous calling, was not answering their 1-800 number. As a result, I was stranded in Dubai and had to pay out of pocket $2500.00 for myself and spouse to fly from Dubai to Dulles in order to get home. I have been working through the domestic airlines to communicate with SATO (because they dont answer their phone) and requested to be reimbursed for only the original flight ticket cost from Dubai to Dulles ($600.00) SATO Travel is claiming zero responsibility for any of this nightmare and refuses to reimburse any amount. This company has the WORST customer service and I will make it my mission to let every person on the planet know how they ruined a second honeymoon trip for myself and spouse!

I got a COMPLETELY different quote than what's on the official hotel website. Never again. Don't use this service

Agent was very rude and not helpful.
