Very good workers! They can both talk in Vietnamese and English, so no worries for people who don’t know Vietnamese! They also work fast and patient when you are confused.

Sao Mai services have been my trusted shipping service for 6+ years now. I am back and forth between Saigon and Houston. Anytime I need to ship something to Vietnam from Houston, I ONLY use Sao Mai. They offer a fair price per pound, they are friendly and welcoming, they weigh, pack, and then ship items. I have also been on the receiving side, and when the packages arrive in Vietnam they are picked up and delivered right to my front door. The turnaround time is usually between 10-14 days. They do offer other services like booking airplane tickets and visas. I haven't used them for those services but I can 10000% vouch for their shipping and they are A+ in my book!
