Just came back from a trip to Ireland and Scotland that Tina at Santa Barbara Travel on State Street arranged for 10 of us. She did a great job meeting all of our different needs. When our flight was delayed and we were going to miss our connecting flight, Tina got all of us in another flight so we could still get to our destination the same day. She was stellar! Will always use her and Santa Barbara. The personal attention is worth it!

The agent here first suggested a VERY high priced itinerary with private tour guides each day totaling $10K for a 12 day trip NOT including airfare. We decided to opt to only have them book our hotels and a single tour. After we got to our destination we noticed that the hotel reservations were missing a night in the middle of our trip and the last night. Had we not noticed and filled in the bookings ourselves last minute we would have ended up without accommodations for 2 nights in our trip. 1 star.

I'm a new client with SB Travel using their services to purchase an airline ticket to Europe. The agent found a round trip ticket with a very minimal layover and when my flight home was canceled, she immediately contacted me and booked a new flight for the following day not forgetting my special meal request. I will definitely use again and look forward to my next trip.

I called at the beginning of January to book air tickets for three different countries we are planning to travel this year and two tours. Mi priority was to get the best deals possible. It’s March and they have not yet booked the first flight. The prices are rising. I have already gone to the agency twice and they tell me that they are going to do it but they don’t. They neither answer the emails.

Customer service is awful. I have contacted them twice regarding travel documents they say I need, yet they never get back to me or send the needed documents. All in all, I found the person I booked this through to be very dismissive.
