The staff was so friendly and gracious with me! I left my passport at home and the driver, Gilberto (hopefully spelled correctly), was understanding and calm and helped me figure out a game plan so I could still get on the bus. And we were early to LAX. Great service run by exceptional people.

The best journey to LAX (with beautiful views of the ocean along the way!!). Thanks to the warm and wonderful Enrique Ramirez who made the shuttle ride accessible and smooth for everyone, and even took the time to make sure every passenger had access to the wifi info! :)

While I used this service many years ago to go to LAX this time the ride was from Lax to Goleta. I will do this again and again to get to Santa barbara. The bus was immaculate. The driver excellent. Makes the most sense to take the Airbus, and rent a car in Santa Barbara as the airport is close to the drop off. Then return to LAX via the Airbus. No need to put wear and tear on your car. Cost of gas, stressful driving. The very best option for me especially!! Also the price is very reasonable!

Our airbus was 40 minutes late with no updates received at all. We were left wondering if they had missed us altogether. Once I called to check, there were no options to check the status of your bus, but I pressed 0 to speak to an operator and they were immediately able to confirm exactly where the bus was. Since they clearly have this information, I have no idea why they don’t update customers when there are delays. Bad experience overall.
