Got stranded in San Angelo, and I am solely blaming this airport. I Did electronic check in, and arrived before boarding closed out and the QR code in the link I was sent was broken, but had all other details. They politely told me I was SOL... and asked me to back away from the TSA.. I just waited there until boarding was actually closed and then a bit longer as I watch my flight leave for home without me. And then a few moments later a few people came back, moved me to a 5am and went on about their evenings. All I know is it sure would have been nice to have gotten home last night as planned, and not up at 3am panicked.

I really had a great experience when I flown out to Dallas & then to my destination. Customer service at the desk was very friendly knowledgeable for my first time flying. She even gave me some tips and suggestions on what to do for first time flying. The return flight to San Angelo was top-notch, baggage claim was quick and easy, no lost luggage. The boarding process easy. Everyone looked friendly and knowledgeable.

worst airport. always a mechanical delay with the 1 plane they have. No working escalators - been out of order for years. No refreshments. Nothing but a small 1 gate airport and 1 working vending machine . Very nice TSA team though. Nicest in the country .

Such a nice little airport but it is shameful how poorly it is kept up. The escalators have NEVER worked, and there is no store but only vending machines and they don't work half the time. They worst part is the outside- the place literally looks like an "end times" movie set. Weeds up to 2 feet high are growing in the parking lots and nothing anywhere has been mowed. If I didn't know it was open, I would think the facility is closed. Too bad they won't invest in this city asset.
