Always helpful. Everyone is very nice. Prices are very fair. They are very good at making sure your paperwork is completed. Also have shuttle service to Los Angeles Philippine Consulate.

Staff is incompetent. Will give your original legal documents that you paid for to involved party and leaving you without it. When confronted they said, “you should have given proper instructions and they got here first.” I didnt know instructions were needed for common sense

Sister in law paid $120 US for passport renewal. Never got passport! I tracked it via USPS to a delivery in a nearby city. Samson Travel said too bad. Looks like they are scammers.
