Checking the receipts in the exit is only for black people. I went there many times and all the times never seen a white person receipt check in front of me but always get my check. I ask one lady in the exit checkout why she did not check the people in front of me and she just laugh. My was only 4 items but their carts were full. I think you people should do better.

Truckers when you come here enter on Payne Rd and Gorham Rd it should be a traffic light there.. and shipping n receiving on the right on Gorham Rd.. other GPS might take u in the other way through where the cars go n don't its to tight .

Terrible customer service. I went in today to get my membership card replaced as I haven’t been able to find mine for a while. I go in, politely say I’ve lost my card and was hoping to get a new one. The woman looked at me like she was disgusted I asked a question, and proceeds to mumble so I’m like.. am I asking the wrong person? I just say I’m sorry I couldn’t hear you, I have my ID if that helps, and she proceeds to complain about the job and tells she won’t be giving me a new card and I need to use my app. The problem is I’m on someone else’s membership (I’m added on) and do not have their account information, and you can’t shop without a card. Regardless of this I was still told I should be using my app only and they won’t be giving out any cards. (This is not the workers fault). How is this accessible to elderly folks that may have no idea how to use their phones? They also have terrible service in the building and now I have to download an app to shop? Why would you remove the card option altogether? I’d recommend this employee works at Costco instead where employees actually seem like their job isn’t making them miserable and they actually put the customer experience first. Not going back, screw your cheap toilet paper. (Not to mention Costco actually cares about DEI so they’ll be getting all of my money now)

Sam's in Maine is turning to shit. As a business owner they need to be open for us business owner early on Sunday too instead of 10am. Costco can do it. They open at 9am. I try to tell manger at store and he could cared less about it. So I am out front of sams tell everyone Costco is open at 9am. Sam's can do better but too lazy for there business customers....

Guy on the phone told me they just don't open the tire and automotive department anymore because no one works there. Uh, okay? HIRE SOMEONE then. What am I paying a membership for? I won't be anymore. EDIT: Yeah maybe try a real response instead of a typical generated auto response, "Henry"
