Very poor experience with SLAC logistics. Management has no concept of customer service. Used them for a local pickup and was not able to get quite all the cargo on our flatbed trailer. The warehouse guys said not too worry as it would be fine to come and retrieve the rest of the cargo later in the day as they had their night staff there til 8 pm. When I returned at 6 pm I went in the front office and the person there completely ignored my presence. After getting his attention and explaining my situation he said that he didn't care what the previous employees told me and that he was "the boss" and called the shots. I was told that I was going to have to wait upwards of an hour or come back another day for someone to load 5 pallets on a flatbed trailer which would take a forklift driver less than 5 minutes to do as I could see my pallets still right inside the bay door. I had my paperwork ready and observed that there were a number of workers available to help as there was a seemingly light workload at the time. This incident took place on 10/27/17. I will never use this company again.

Dave and his team at SLAC, is highly dependable, responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend them for your local pick-up and delivery needs including any airport pick-up and delivery request.

I wish I could give a zero stars. I would never, ever shipped with this company or through here. THere customer service is rude and just out mean. they are unpleasant and if anyone in any other industry treated me that way I would sue. I cannot believe how incredibly arrogant and rude they are.

Not sure what the deal is with this location but, the person answering the phone wasn't quite sure of what they do over there. Then hung up on me when I said I didn't want to setup an account for a one time use. Call somewhere else...
