Made appointment for delivery and was told 5 days out. Waited on appointment date until two hours after lunch. Decided to call and check, not on truck (WTH). Had to reschedule two more days out. Shipment sat on their dock for 7 days. I had to make all the calls for information. I do not recommend this Shreveport Company. (Update) Second appointment and no one showed. Shippment has been sitting on their dock for ten days. Keep getting run around on phone.

Expected some cargo (worth $2k) shipped through this company. It arrived at the destination terminal and sat there for nearly a week before I had to contact customer service because NO ONE contacted me to set up the delivery appt. Was told I'd receive a call later that day to set up delivery appt. Still havent received a call and it's the the following day. This is a horrible company for keeping the CUSTOMER in the loop, and I'm going to recommend to Grizzly to use a different carrier.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM. This company is an absolutely horrible organization. I have a product that has been sitting in their warehouse waiting for delivery to me for almost a week. I dont know when or if i am ever going to get my product from them. I have called them the customer service is awful. I would not suggest using this company at all.

My generator sat on their dock in Dallas for 5 days because they lost the paperwork ,I was told alot of lies as to where it was. Found out today they decided to send it back to the shipper. I wouldn't let them ship anything in the future

Not sure if it's just the driver, or inherent in the whole company, but as a representative of Saia, delivery drivers should show respect to the folks they deliver to. Snide comments in earshot makes me not recommend this company.
