1. I’m so thankful for what I call their “super sales.” I only shop at Safeway for the deals haha. 2. Cris (who I believe is the store manager) was approachable, kind, and accommodating to my question. I appreciated his customer service! 3. Cris, a cashier was also very kind and accommodating. Making checking out a breeze. 4. I don’t think I’ve had any bad experiences at this store. So great job!

Huge thanks and shoutout to the Bakery Dept!! 💕🙌 I had a specific cupcake cake request for my child birthday. They never made it before, but they were willing to do it. I chatted with them a few times and went into the store twice to confirm everything. They did an amazing job!! I was soo happy and my child was too. Truly amazing work! Thank you!!! 😊

Safeway is probably the most expensive out of the grocery stores, but in my opinion, it's also the best for quality between Fry's, Food City & Ranch Market. Safeway soups are the best. Safeway has some of the best soups hot and ready to go. Safeway has the same soups cold for later. Cheese and broccoli, potato bacon, tortilla soup, albondigas soup, and chicken noodle soup, they're all winners. Be advised, as delicious as those soups are, they are high in saturated fat. Safeway also has a solid slab of meatloaf topped off of ketchup. Safeway's spicy chicken tenders are the best, hot crispy and crunchy on the outside, warm and juicy on the inside. Maybe it's my imagination but it seems like Safeway's fruit Bowls have the rapist fruits on the most consistent basis when it comes to pineapple mango watermelon and they are so good so refreshing I usually buy two to get one free and have them throughout the week, excellent way to stay full and keep cool.

This place is always clean and organized. Even during the holidays, it doesn’t seem to get too chaotic and messy. It’s my go-to store for all the holidays and when I need to be in and out quick. Great quality products, LOVE their bakery section, great options. They open earlier than some other stores, which I appreciate, AND the Starbucks is just the cherry on top.

Bought 8.5lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast yesterday from the butcher… this is what 90% of the pieces looked like. Disturbing, disgusting, and just gross. How is that acceptable to sell to your customers? My first thought was that this chicken had to be bad, surely something is wrong with it. I didn’t even want to touch it. I cut a piece in half to see what it looked like (didn’t look much better) and got poked in the process from bones left inside them. I buy all my protein from Safeway as I’ve found they’ve always had the best selection of meats and chicken compared to other stores. Sadly this is what most of the chicken I’ve bought the past few times ends up looking like. Went straight to the trash, $60 I spent on a planned out dinner on a single moms income to four, is hard to just eat at the moment and not bring this to anyone’s attention as I’m in between jobs. I have four boys, 3 teenagers and a preteen so I buy ALOT of chicken and meat throughout the week making sure they have leftovers for later on or the next day. Safeway is always my go to so this is disappointing.
