When my wife travels without me I am always concerned she is able to travel without a great deal of hassle. Uber or taxis are not always available or reliable. I found Rydeu online and was very pleased with how efficient the service is. Communication with the driver was easy and responses quick. We'll be using this service again in the future. I would highly recommend.

The worst experience ever in any taxi ride for my 49 years. If you're going to Alicante don't book with them as they might send you Omar to pick you up. He will be late for more than 30 minutes of the scheduled time, then he will yell at you because HE was late and you dare to mention it. He will be extremely rude, not helping with your luggage and demanding to be paid prior to the ride. I have never seen anything like it, instead of apologizing he was so rude.

Used them to pick us up from airport in Hamburg Germany and then again to take us to port in Kiel. Cars were clean, drivers were great. Rydeu is also great with communication and so are the drivers. Would use again!

Driver was on time, that was good. But he did not spoke a word English.....! Furthermore not possible to pay with creditcard, which is in this age remarkable....??

Perfect service. We had good contact with people from Rydeu and they answered quickly and correctly. The taxi driver was perfect in time and he realized he had to help my friend. He carried all four bags to the second floor (where our apartment is). He also stopped at the top of the mountain pass on his own initiative so my friend could take a photo there. I really recommand Rydeu.
