the worst. they did not allow my partner and me to enter the airplane last minute at the gate because they overbooked it and we had no seats, even though we already checked in and everything. just left us standing there and didn't offer any service or solutions. so we had to book another flight (to Leipzig) hourselves and just arrived in Berlin at 1am instead of 6:30pm. this should not be legal

It's a small airline, so they will charge you at every opportunity. If you don't check in online at least 3 hours before the flight, then it costs €55 to check in at the airport. And of course they overbook the flights. So you'd really better check in online.

As I cannot find your company and where in your app I could express my dissatisfaction and my great disappointment regarding your services. I paid for my luggage when I was traveling from Brussels to Berlin, and as I had not booked to be in priority position but I received one, how?, I don't know. So when I checked in online for my return flight from Berlin to Brussels, I did the same thing, and what was my unpleasant experience of finding out at the gate to catch the flight, they said that I had not paid for the baggage to be in the cabin, even though I did nothing less than what I had done when I was in Brussels, so I had to pay extra. I am so angry, because I checked in online and the bags were specified as cabin baggage and not checked baggage. I find it dishonest as a process

They refused me to board with my perfectly fine bag pack. Then i needed to rearrange the bag and board again. Terrible customer service. Soon you will not be allowed to charge people for the cabin luggage in the EU! Bummerrrrrr
