We stayed at Casa del Sol for 2 weeks in October, what a beautiful villa, the pool area in particular was gorgeous. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole house spotless. We saw dolphins right outside in the canal. The fans outside in the lanai ceiling were changed while we were there as they weren’t working and this was no trouble. Great communication from the host. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

We recently stayed at this property with a large group of 10 adults and 9 kids (all under 12), and it was absolutely perfect for our needs! The house was incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax. The view of the bay was stunning—watching the sunrise each morning was a favorite part of our day, and we even spotted dolphins several times from the patio! The pool and outdoor area were beautiful and well-maintained. The walk to the beach was quick and easy—just five minutes—and we were thrilled to find that many beach essentials were already at the house, either provided by the owners or kindly left behind by previous guests. Tents, a wagon, a cooler, sand toys—it made beach days so much easier. We had one minor maintenance issue with a light fixture in the pool, but I messaged the management company and they had someone out to fix it within 24 hours. Excellent service! The only small downside was the water pressure—when the dishwasher or laundry was running, the showers and faucets were affected. It wasn’t a major problem, but worth noting. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling with a large group. We made wonderful memories and hope to return in the future!

Had a great week here. Incredible views and the house had everything. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The master bedroom was huge and wasn’t cool enough during the hot summer, but the ceiling fan helped keep us comfortable. The pool was great and we enjoyed it a lot. We were close to everything, from great restaurants and groceries. The host was very responsive when we had a problem with the grill and propane, making a hissing sound when we replaced the propane tank, and they took care of it the following day. This was by far one of the best Airbnbs I’ve rented.

Our Experience with Roelens Vacation – Absolutely Recommended! We rented a vacation home through Roelens Vacation in mid-June 2025 for one week – and we were not disappointed. I didn’t know Roelens before and was a bit skeptical at first (especially with so many fake listings online these days), but that concern quickly turned out to be unnecessary. The house was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped – nothing was missing. A big compliment also goes to Roelens’ customer service. They responded quickly, kindly, and helpfully to all of our questions. If we travel to Florida and Cape Coral again (which is very likely), Roelens will definitely be our first choice. My family and I stayed in Casablanca Villa in Cape Coral. We had the best time as this Villa had everything we could possible need and more! Everything was very clean and looked new. Plenty of spare bedding and towels/pool towels. Fantastic washing facilities so we don’t need to pack dirty washing! Swimming pool was perfect for our large family. 6 bedrooms meant all our children could have their own room. Golf buggy and pool table was great for the children as well as the marvellous play room. Location is beautiful just down the road from a lovely marina. Can’t fault this Villa, we felt like we were at home. I will be recommending to family and friends and we will certainly be returning hopefully very soon!
