Fawaz handled my Singapore visa very professionally. Gave very clear instructions. I would highly recommend Riya Travels.for visa application. Their call centre however needs to share the contact number of the branch closest to the applicant instead of only sending the address. It helps to call & take an appointment so one can recheck all the documents required & the format of the invitation letter, etc. Ot would have saved me one trip for sure..
