Valerie was super helpful getting my LIVE discount card replaced after I lost it. I really appreciate her, and the other workers. I think most of the reviews are confused + trying to leave reviews for Union Station or something.

I’m on the bus from Boulder to DIA right now. It’s packed full, the poor bus driver had to spend half an hour loading all of the bags onto the bus. There are people sitting on the floor and standing in the aisle because RTD needs to send a second bus on this route and they need to hire people to load bags at the big stops like Table Mesa. Disappointing service. I used to ride the bus to the airport all the time, but I won’t be using them next time.

They need to power spray down the boarding areas at Union Station for the light rails. There is always trash, dried fluids on the sidewalk and it smells overwhelmingly foul like urine.

0 stars, but that's not possible. Rarely is rtd reliable. Trains never run on time. Stop for a long time with no notification to riders regarding why or for how long. Some of the worst public transportation I've seen. People doing drugs, sharpening knives, not security or regulation. So sad.

RTD managed to make their already awful payment options even crappier. I have a LiVE discount and now it prompts the driver to check for my card every time I pay and every driver is a huge jerk about it. Great, thanks for publicly shaming your riders that are eligible for discounts. I'm a huge believer in public transit but RTD sucks in every way and this latest change makes me want to get a car. Public transit is dead in this city.

We ride the bus from arapahoe station to the airport and return each week. Great experience. A lot faster than we can drive it.
