Flew in for the LSU vs Arkansas game with my son and a friend. Great staff! Very nice folks and very helpful. We were able to pull the plane literally up the door and they parked it for us. We were able to use the courtesy car as well. Beautiful facility, with unmatched pilot lounge. Lots of delicious snacks and treats. When we got ready to leave, unfortunately, they had filled the fuel tanks on the plane, and that made our take off weight too heavy. But they helped me drain the necessary fuel to be able to take off. Very professional and extremely helpful. Only charged me what fuel I did use. Will be going back for sure! Highly recommend!

This place is like my third home always refuel here and beautiful dining room area like my style I recommend this place for refuel great service.

Fantastic FBO. This is our go to spot for fuel stops when going cross country. They've always quick turned our jet with no issue. The barbeque offered is pretty good and super convenient. It's nice to be able to grab a quick bite to eat without having to leave the airport.

4.5 stars, but well within reach of five. The night we rolled through they were seemingly a little busy so there was a little delay. The guys were GREAT, the facility was BEAUTIFUL and the water feature was pleasant. Keep up the good work and we'll keep you guys on our list of FBO's to hit when we transition through the a/o!

We used this facility when flying on a charter flight with the UAB football team on a trip to Fayetteville Arkansas for the Arkansas vs. UAB football game. We have used it several times before with absolutely no problems. The employees a very nice. The only downside is that in their new location they are across the runways from where the large charter aircraft such as the Boeing 737 can park. That is usually not a problem as they transport you to the tarmac in buses and/or vans. However, when we arrived back in Birmingham in the evening it’s was chilly and raining with a strong wind blowing. They didn’t have enough vans to transport our party right away. We huddled under the aircraft’s wing, trying to stay out of the rain and strong cold wind as best we could. When the van arrived we stuffed 8 or 9 of us in a van so we would leave anyone behind. Not the most pleasant of experiences.
