I usually, go to the movies with my family a lot. We each got combos. For specifically, the hot dog and nacho one it said we'd get a candy on the screen, but on their POS the woman who helped us said it didn't pop up as an option. So Regal had false advertising. She didn't ask me what size I wanted for mine and skipped over my drink to get the rest of my family's order. Also, my drink wasn't given to me until I spoke up about it. I'm a bit disappointed. And my drink got filled up to the top and spilled on me. It was a bit difficult cause my grandma was in a wheelchair and I went with my family. I know we ordered a lot, but we all went slow, tried getting answers to our raised questions. But even still. I'm very annoyed. I get there were 5 of us, but even so I've never encountered an experience like this before or at AMC until today. Hopefully, the movie is worth it because it's about to start soon.

Very clean theater with friendly staff. I enjoy coming here to watch movies, the AC is always set to a comfortable temperature, the floors aren’t sticky, and the restrooms are spotless. I even tried a hot dog, and it was surprisingly tasty. Overall, a great movie experience every time.

I like the reclining seats. But the last several movies have had 15 minutes of ads after the show time, and before previews. Previews are bad enough, but you should definitely shut off the ads at the advertised movie time.

Went to see Snow White this evening had a few issues with my app asked to speak to the Manager that’s when I met Richard, he went above & beyond to take care of my issue & then some. I’d also like to shout out Ashley for patiently waiting on myself & my friend (we took up a lot of her time) yet, she remained so kind & helpful.
