My bus was 4 hours from my landing in orlando and it was late with two bags so i waited there with some uf students. It was comfy inside and someone borrowed me a charger thanks for that. Nice price with nice bus and staff.

WELL DON'T RIDE RED COACH IF YOU ARE MIXED RACE AND A YOUNG LADY!!!... My daughter who is 18 and alone rode the red coach for the first time today and sat right behind the driver as we taught her. This is the safest place. However, at the UF stop going back to her college in Tallahassee was awoken by a white male bus rider and told to get up and get out of the seat. Being the respectful daughter we taught her to be, she just gathered her belongs and tried to change seats. Then the white rider told my daughter she could not sit in the seat she was trying to move to. With this, my daughter tried to get HELP from the driver, who seemed very uninterested in helping her. Then even, looking at my daughter as though she needed to sit down or get off. After calling her parents, we tried to let corporate know what happened and make a complaint, there was no answer, no one wanted to hear from us, no way to leave a message. They are COMPLETELY uninterested in the safety of their riders and mixed race passengers still being told to move to the back of the bus, by other WHITE passengers!!!!! And if you think you can call the NEWS about black people being told they need to move to the back of the bus, do not call FOX NEWS because when we did and tried to report this, they were utterly uninterested just like Red Coach. So much for Christian and Family values. PARENTS: DO NOT LET YOU DAUGHTERS RIDE WITH THIS BUS COMPANY IT IS UNSAFE AND THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!

I booked Business Class with RedCoach and instead was forced onto an Economy bus for an 11 hour ride. The seats were cramped, the bus shook the entire trip so I could not rest, and the Orlando layover was filthy. A roach crawled on my bag in their lobby which I have on video. To make matters worse my assigned seat was sold a second time which caused a confrontation with another passenger. I paid for comfort and cleanliness but got the exact opposite. RedCoach’s response was a ten dollar voucher. You are better off taking a flight and paying for actual convenience or using the Brightline for cleanliness. Completely unacceptable. Save your money and avoid this company.

Red coach used to be the flag ship bus service but now it's pretty mediocre. Thankfully the most important thing it's supposed to do (take you to where you need to go) it does on time and does it really well. I love that the drivers are very prompt and do their best to get everyone on and the luggage aboard before we leave. But that's where the positives end. I always thought red coach was the high end luxurious bus and if you buy a ticket here it's because you can expect the best. I can definitely say the bus itself is mediocre. The electrical outlets are super loose. So if you plug in a charger it's going to fall right out. The seats are super narrow even if you buy "business class" like I did. I remember 10 years ago it was the best thing I ever ridden on. Now it's just like any other bus. So my advice is this; the only positive red coach has is that it is consistent and reliable. But fo what you pay especially if you want luxury bus travel, this is not worth it. Not at all. I don't know what the alternative luxurious bus travel option is but might as well buy s comfy seat on flexbus or greyhound. Because as much as red coach advertises, it is not very luxurious or worth it

On my trip to Miami airport(September 1st, 2025, I had had a great experience riding Redcoach. Luis (the driver) not only had the best looking and cleanest bus that I ever rode but, his uniform, conduct and service was above and beyond. Thank s and God bless you Luis👍🙏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The seats are comfortable and ok. But the logistics is their foot of clay. I had the bus ride at 2:00 and it arrived 2:20. The driver didn’t even apologize and was talking with his mom on the phone while delivering the luggage. The ticket says 2:00 arriving at 4:15. I arrived at my destination at 6:55. And again I can understand that traffic is not under your control but would’ve been nice if the driver mentioned it during the ride.

Our family of 4 (couple, 6yo 8yo) had a very easy and pleasant journey from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale. The bus was on time, quite passengers, clean bathroom. We were dropped off inside the FLL airport, right next to the ride share/Uber pick up area. Most affordable than the train as well. Next to the Orlando station you can go to a beautiful park/playground called Warren Park. Good spot to wait. Only a 5min ride to the station.

I was surprised by how clean and well taken care the facilities if RedCoach are. First time in this bus stop and well deserved the 5 stars. Customer service reps. are friendly and helpful.
