Good Morning all, let me start with I never want to leave a bad review for a local business as I am a local business owner and I know it is not easy. I 100% believe mistakes happen but the importance is how you fix it or make it right. I have now been fighting with Redline freight due to a 24 E-Bike 3 pallet delivery to my bicycle store for over 2 months. The pallets arrived unstrapped, unsecured and completely destroyed beyond repair. The company started out reasonably and now completely refusing to reimburse my losses. 24 e-bikes is an expensive order and we are liable to pay for them regardless. The company offered me a settlement which i certainly accepted, and then just didn't pay me. I have done everything possible to get this resolved in a civilized manor and yet a multi-million dollar company refuses to do what's right and is causing a small local business to suffer. The end result is we now had to spend more money and file civil litigation against them. Again this is not what anyone wants to happen. I know how reviews go and people think oh, this cant be true, well I have every email, every conversation and every picture to prove it. This case is now being Litigated in Taunton District Court as of September 18th 2025. (This is public record). I am going to have to advise against using this company for future freight transportation services. The attached Photo is just 1 of 3 Pallets delivered.

Great customer service Anthony and Paul were very polite and kind and courteous delivered my furniture and I was happy Thank you young men

Worst place, I was here to get my load reworked. Guys took 3 hours & somehow made it worse . Instead of fixing the problem the guy was like you should have driven it carefully. Wasted 2 days hoping they would help all they did was took out the load & put it back in worse condition than it was brought to them. The whole thing just sucks

Picked a load from here, on time for my appointment at 3 pm , they gave me a door right away, l was loaded by 4 pm, nice people , everyone is helpful

Driver was horrible at driving! Tail gates when in traffic flow is most stream lined. Cut off cars to get around them.
