We used Denise prior to our current trip to Panama. The first time went fine. This time, we used and recommended her to our group of people joining us in Panama for our Wedding Celebration. I was sad to hear multiple people in my group were VERY dissatisfied with her care, compassion and overall customer service when they needed help. It's too bad Denise totally dropped the ball, there was potential for several repeat customers. I understand, everyone has their bad days, but when it comes to customer service, it's not difficult to be kind and understanding even if you CAN'T truly be of help for whatever reasons. I'm sad to say we will NOT be repeat customers in the future.

Kristina is the best, hands down! She thinks of everything so that you and your entire family will have the best vacation possible. I enjoy the whole process of starting to plan the trip, to booking, to going on the actual experience with her. She always recommends the best flights, hotels, and rental cars so that we enjoy our vacation. Kristina recently helped us with a Disnelyand family vacation, but we have booked Mexico vacations with her as well with the same success. She is so thoughtful, like when she saw that we had a later flight so she automatically booked our rental car an extra hour for us so that we would be covered! Our family has been using her for years and we recommend her to all of our family and friends and they all love her too. Booking with her will be the best decision you have ever made for your vacation.

Took a Rhine River cruise with Darlene Stacie and Mike Boyle's Restaurant Show and the trip was amazing. Darlene was able to get us a discount because we had to change ships at the last minute due to the low water on the Rhine. Also, took a trip to Kenya with Red Carpet World Travel recently. The tour was amazing with all the animals in their natural surroundings. Darlene arranged for us to see some local community service organizations, once the safari was over. She worked with a local travel group to have us visit and contribute to Nairobi organizations helping women and families gain skills and earn a living. It was a nice way to end the trip.

My family and I recently worked with Darlene and Kristina, they were absolutely fantastic! They always replied to emails so quickly and listened to our concerns and requests. Darlene went the extra mile and stayed 2 hours after the office closed to get us a discount and book our trip. I appreciate their hard work and would definitely recommend this agency :)

Our return flight from Panama she booked use to New York and then home. When I asked if it could be changed to go through Houston she said No there are no flights through Houston that day. I called the airline directly and got the flight changed for an additional $19 a person. This saved use 3.5 hours of sitting on a plane. I asked if she would reimburse us and she said No that was between you and the airline. Interesting thing was United asked me if I had asked my travel agent to change it and I said there were no there flights available. Took me only 8 minutes on the phone to fix.
