We always choose Southwest Airlines for all our flights. They still give out complimentary drinks and snacks, their staff has always been very friendly, and kid friendly. Plus a huge bonus for us is the 2 checked bags for free!

They were two hours late and offer hot water because they are out of tea and then sat on the landing strip for twenty minutes while the place filled up with fuel exhaust and carbon monoxide! Definitely not a top rated airline
