We did the sunset hot air balloon ride with Rainbow Ryders on November 1st to celebrate a very special 50th birthday, and it was pure magic. Our pilot, Patrick Stevens (also known as Zaddy, but best known as Zaddy Cakes), was amazing - calm, professional, and clearly passionate about what he does. He explained everything thoroughly, made us feel completely safe, and created such a fun, relaxed atmosphere. The views were breathtaking as the sun set over the desert, and the whole experience felt peaceful and surreal. Rainbow Ryders’ commitment to safety and top-notch service really shows in every detail - from the front desk staff, to the shuttle drivers, to the on-the-ground crew. It was the perfect way to mark a special occasion, and we’ll be talking about it for years to come. Highly recommend - and definitely ask for Patrick if you can!

None of knew what really to expect. From beginning to end we all felt safe and secure. We started with our driver, Miss Grace, who was claiming and very informing with all that was going to happen. Our Chief Pilot Patrick was such a joy. His music selection, his experience, his demeanor and professionalism was outstanding. We had the most peaceful and memorable ride. There were two ladies in our group that were too scared, but after we returned the joy, excitement and thorough positive feedback we gave, has our entire group of six on board for the next hot air balloon ride

We topped off our 18 day trip out west by a “bucket list” hot air balloon ride. Rainbow Riders is “top notch”!! From check-in until our final departure after the balloon ride, everyone was amazing! So friendly and courteous! Our pilot, Kyle, was SUPER AMAZING!! He had the best sense of humor and made our trip really special1 The champagne toast at the end of the Sunrise Balloon Launch” was also a very nice added touch. This crew works so hard, so if you have a change to take a balloon ride with Rainbow Riders, it is a fabulous thing to experience!! And tip your team!!! They really do give the experience their heart and soul!!

A great flight in Phoenix this morning with Jon as the pilot, and Josh as crew chief. As the pilot, Jon was respectful to the animals and people below as well as those in his basket. Jon's humor added to the experience, which was uplifting 😉 and very safe. We had a long, calm and beautiful hour ride, and soft landing. Several people were celebrating their birthdays and bucket lists. It was great fun!

It was amazing from beginning to end!! Our pilot J. Roholt was personable, humorous, professional and obviously very experienced and qualified to do these flights. He got us up higher and for a longer time than the other 6-7 balloons that launched at the same time. The bonus part for me was being able to watch them inflate and deflate the balloon!!!! 2 thumbs up, “a 10”, 5 star experience. I literally asked what would happen if I refused to get out!!!! I didn’t want it to end😁

Came out to celebrate my amazing boyfriend's birthday and this was quite the experience. JT was our pilot and couldn't have been more kind and funny and overall a phenomenal host. Even the crew that helps set up the hot air balloon were great. We had such a nice time. If you're in Phoenix visiting and would like to ride a hot air balloon, ride with Rainbow Ryders!
