Used Quintess Travels for my honeymoon in Hawaii! We had the most amazing time and the agency was able to help my husband and I with finding the best rooms and rates! We stayed in the most beautiful corner room overlooking the ocean in Waikiki- we talk about it all the time! The company was responsive to our needs and we would highly recommend this travel agency! Wish we could get married again to have another honeymoon!

Quintess Travels has planned several vacations for me and my family over the last few years! From weekends in Vegas to birthday celebrations in Mexico. Every one of them has been simply amazing! The owner pays special attention to the little details that have made each trip very memorable. We have found our travel agency for life!

Lana provided top notch service when helping us coordinate the honeymoon of our dreams in Bora Bora! She thought of every detail to help make this trip easy and magical. She organized airport transfers, excursions, spa day and her dining recommendations did not disappoint! If you want someone that is friendly, detail oriented and professional then Lana with Quintess Travels is worth every penny!

BEWARE! Before spending any money with this one person operation masked as Quintess Travels. To start the event we just went to was loosely planned and terrible organized in terms of travel coordination. We paid for a private transport and ended up on a shuttle with 5 people. Clearly if you have something in writing from the travel agent in another country it means nothing to them telling me she is not good for her word and she has no pull in the market. The wedding was fantastic but the lack of communication and responsiveness was downright shameful. How do you leave the country and have no coverage after take thousands of dollars from someone? I am very worried for anyone who would ever consider spending money with Quintess Travels. Use Expedia before giving a cut to a proprietor who has lost all connection with reality and does not make herself available. Other parties at the wedding shared the same views and sadly no reviews were up prior to serve as a warning to others hence why I'm Trying to help you out today. Since this is not a reputable company I will end the review how I started BEWARE!

Great experience!! My daughter was going overseas for the first time and Lana was an unbelievable help. Knowledgeable, professional, responsive and extremely patient as we had a lot of questions with this one! Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely be using Quintess for all of our travel in the future!
