** WOULD NOT RECOMMEND*** For almost $250 a single night booking, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the hotel services and amenities. The pictures of the pool are decievivg. The pool is extremely small, no staff to monitor what's happening. Kids were going down the slide In groups, backwards, and jumping off the end of the slide. Multiple kids were almost hit, my kid didn't feel safe playing because of the others pushing and banging on the slides. Not to mention as an adult, there was no dedicated adult pool time. And no chance of getting into the already over capacity pool filled with unsupervised children. No" spa" available on site thought the booking details confirmed it's inclusion. There were too many stains on the blankets and sheets to count. Honestly thankfully the Wal-Mart was open to purchase clean bedding. "Included breakfast" - forget about it! Unless you are there at 8 am sharp, your food won't be fresh. They put the bulk of the food out at 07:35 and walk away. it isn't restocked for the remainder of the breakfast hrs(8-10). Don't bother complaining to the front desk either. The girl we talked to looks like a deer in headlights, mouth just hanging open catching flys, and the manager doesn't seem to care. I gave him the opportunity to make it right and he snubbed me. Disappointed in the stay and would not recommend quality inn as a stay anywhere!

Location and staff were just fine. This negative review is regarding state of the rooms. The sofa looked liked it was 10 years old , dirty dark and nasty. The carpets, the same. The lights beside the night stands had the wiring removed so didn’t work, extremely hard mattresses. Do better and renovate franchise owner and Choice hotels, for $200 a nite very poor value.

We are so disappointed in this hotel, we booked it for the pool so our kids could have fun. There was so many kids in the pool area, they were pushing kids down the slide, 5 went down at once, some were spitting off the side of the pool steps. It was such so unsafe. They have rules posted but no one pays attention to them. We definitely won't be recommending this hotel to anyone with little kids.

Hair inside the clean bathtub Front desk check in rude unable to see 1 of 2 on his own print out and told I only paid for 1 rooms even though I showed my confirmation email clearly stating I paid $422.68 for 2 rooms. Told me to call the 3rd party that I booked through I asked if they had a courtesy phone that I could use and he told me to use my own by the time I got ahold of the 3rd party and gave them the same information I gave him they called the quality inn and he said yes I see it right here and started going on to the person on the phone just check us in, my daughter was very upset and the interaction was not very professional but I guess it is ok as he kept saying he is the assistant general manager I also have recording with the language that was used The rest of the staff were very pleasant and professional

Not a registered guest - my 9 year old was invited to a friend's birthday pool party. Upon arrival, the interior automatic door was not functioning properly and it closed as I was walking in, injuring my arm and leg- a safety and fire hazard. A sign and balloons were placed to indicate the direction of the pool - when entering the space, the mother of the birthday child was in distress. Upon inquiry, it was revealed that the assistant general manager was kicking the children out. He alleged that there was no party booked, and there couldn't have been due to "regulations and liabilities". The mother has a contact log of the multiple calls made to the hotel, including the inital date of booking on April 21st, multiple follow-ups, including a final call on June 4th- all calls indicated the plan for the pool along with the expected number of children. When she first arrived on June 14th, she checked in and the reception staff assisted her in making a sign with her child's name and placing it on the Lobby wall with the balloons. It is apparent that there was no issue until "shift change" when the AGM came on. He refused to provide her with any other detail and continued to tell her all the children had to exit the pool- despite her having 2 rooms booked. I approached the desk calmly and requested a detailed overview of the regulations/liabilities - he was incredibly condescending and said "No". I asked again, stating he is obligated to provide information to which he laughed and said "I don't have to provide anything". I asked for the phone number to the head office and he refused to provide it to me, saying even if he did give it to me, I would not reach anyone due to the weekend. I googled the info- it is a 24/7 service. I reached an advisor who gave me direction on who else to contact as this is a franchised hotel. He stated as a franchise, they can implement their own regulations however generally speaking, the pools are available to book though with additional cost. A hotel manager is legally obligated to provide regulations etc upon request ESPECIALLY to a registered guest, to whom he also refused. According to legislation, these types of regulations should either be publicly available on a website OR available by contacting the hotel directly. As neither of these options are available, they are in violation of the law. There clearly was a party booked as they had use of the main dining area to host the pizza and cake portion, with the ability to hang decorations etc. It would be understandable if the hotel did have a policy restricting pool parties; the issue is the fact that over the course of almost 2 months, this was not communicated, nor was it communicated to the parents upon check-in. The condescending tone and flippant attitude of the AGM was clearly based upon judgmental and discriminatory preconceptions due to gender and race - there were multiple microaggressions in our interactions. I mentioned that I have over 15 years management experience and am well aware of policies and procedures to which he scoffed and said "Good for you- I don't really care." I am writing this review in hopes this will be made visible to the appropriate parties and that the AGM will be reprimanded as necessary.
