Bus driver merged multiple Lanes with no signal, hit the front of my vehicle and drove off. I attempted to flag him down, he flipped me off and sped away. There were passengers on the bus as this happened. I couldn't imagine booking Puget sound Coach lines when their drivers behave that way. When I reported it to the company, they did not seem at all surprised. Choose literally anyone else to get you where you're going, your life may be at stake.

From the dispatcher, to the drivers all the way to the mechanic...this is a first class bus company with heart and soul. You will not be dissapointed using this company. I hire them regularly and have been impressed how they have made me look good and an event coordinator.
