Easy process for drop and hook. Office hours are 7am-3:30pm Monday through Friday as far as I know to get paperwork.

Some street parking available, nice quiet area. First time here check in building is at the very end of closest to the main road. Office is open 7am-7pm everyone was really nice. Appt was at 9am got there early in the morning parked on W 1520 S no problems. Checked in at 830 got a door immediately warehouse guys were going on break came back at 9 was done by 10am. Unhook your red airline once you get parked they'll come out and let you know that you're done. Plenty of space to turn around and maneuver

Got here 1pm for 3pm appt the rude girl in office said gotta wait til appt time. There was not a single live unload here being unloaded or loaded they were only working on dropped trailers.....NO RESPECT FOR DRIVERS THAT HAVE OTHER APPTS TO KEEP.....AND WE GET PAID BY THE MILE NOT THE HOUR. I'so don't waste your time coming here early not even 10 minutes early. Just ridiculous

Not a place for drivers at all but front office lady is rude. Arrived early for 8am appt and had to wait for my appt time. Not a single other truck has pulled up to get unloaded and I’ve waited for 6hr. Walk back into the office now the office lady tell me I have to wait until second shift gets here terrible place

They guy in the yard that supposed is the boss was very rude with me. I tried to find the shipping office because my appointment was 6 am and the contact person in my info told me that my paperwork was ready and I need to find this office to loading. But this old man was extremely rude with me. I don't understand why the company has this kind of people that make negative opinions for customers. Be safe in this place.
