Hi everyone, I’d like to share my positive experience working with Angela Paman. She’s in customer service and she is wonderful to work with. This was my second time talking with Angela, and this time had to do with our drink package for our sailing on October 19th on the MSC Meraviglia. We all know how quickly prices change on everything. I thought we had up until 2 days before our sailing, but here they changed it, and the sale was ending in hours. I called and got Angela on the line, and she quickly called MSC, and I was able to book our liquor package for the lower price. If you need anything from Prestige cruises, I recommend talking with Angela. You’ll not only get answers with anything you need, but you get it with a very friendly voice and great customer service! 5 STARS‼️

I've booked two cruises through Prestige Cruises and I would highly recommend working with Prestige as a booking agent. The first was a 7 day greek holiday leaving out of Trieste, Italy and ending in Athens. The second, an Alaskan land/sea combination that went from Vancouver, BC to Fairbanks, AK. Both cruises were seamless bookings. Agents were helpful and responsive and assisted in booking related flights as well as in receiving the best cruise perks. Prestige gifted us a free dinner on our cruise as well. Additionally, they aided us in purchasing trip insurance for our time of travel. Prices for the greek cruise were amazing! With AK we originally booked directly through Holland America and ended up switching that same exact booking over to Prestige for a $1,700.00 savings!!! The first cruise, the agent recommended an appropriate cabin for our comfort (because we didnt know what we didnt know!) and we loved it so much that we kept the same cabin for Alaska! Prestige Cruises is highly recommended for your travel needs!

We have booked several family cruises through Prestige and have always had good experiences with their booking process and services. Just this week we booked another family cruse through Christina Hirmer. She was excellent and really took the time to ensure we had everything covered. We was kind pleasant. and cheerful. Prestige has some phenomenal prices on cruises. You do need to enter quite a bit of info to get exact quotes, but the rates are great.

We had a recent expedition journey to the Antarctic arranged through Prestige Cruises. A long time on our bucket list, it was our final and last continent to visit. Having been to so many incredible places in the world, it was also the highlight of our travels. Every little detail was covered and first rate. We would do it again in a heartbeat.

My first ever experience with Prestige cruises was booking a 13 night New Zealand from Sydney cruise with flights and taxes included. The agent, Caren Kolb was very thorough and friendly through the cruise booking process. After the booking she sent detailed email about how to view the booking on Princess website and travel VISA information. The cruise was in Nov 2023 and all went smoothly without any issue. I was able to log into the Princess website to review different flight itineraries and make updates as needed. Originally I would have to pay more for the flight, but I was able to rebook cheaper fare price by myself when the price dropped, which made the total fare within their flight allowance amount ($2000). Overall I would choose Prestige again if they offer a great package price.

Laura at Customer Care Team is outstanding. Not only because she clarified an issue by calling the Cruise company and spending considerable time, but she did so with professional attitude and courtesy. I will book my cruises through Prestige Cruises because of staff like Laura.

Can’t say enough about Yolanda Lambert. She spent much time with me answering all of my questions and giving great advice. Yolanda is very professional and courteous and she certainly knows her job well. Kudos to a great travel representative.

I was very happy with the services and work of CSR’s Bridgette Leonheart and Laura Rocchio on a future 18 day land and two cruises tour we have planned through Prestige Cruises. Both Lady’s went the extra mile to ensure the trip will go smoothly next year. They both paid attention to the many details that are required on a trip like this. They also both seem to enjoy working with customers and they have a happy and positive demeanor. Thank you both for work well done.

Yolanda in customer service was amazing in helping me redo our flight arrangements. She went above and beyond finding the best times and better pricing, plus catching mistakes in our names that had been made on the original tickets. She was courteous, professional and patient. You are fortunate to have such a valuable employee.
