Me entire trip was just one thing after another going wrong. This entire trip was meant to be as stress free as possible and we used priceline to book everything. Our hotel ended up not actually booked, and our flights with frontier were full of hidden charges and fees that priceline didnt disclose or allow us an ability to pay in advance. . THE SAVING GRACE IS PREFLIGHT AIRPORT PARKING PHX. They took every possible initiative in making getting from the airport to my rental car easier, and as stress free as possible and then when i thought that was as good as it gets, they did exactly the same for us when it was time to get back, with clear simple instructions that just continued to help alleviate one major stress after another for us. Will absolutely use them for every future trip to Arizona to visit my family in the future.

First time leaving my car in a parking garage…I was scared of the whole transition but they made it easy . All you have to do is pay for the parking spot you want and they give you a barcode to scan once you get there, all you have to do is park and go to the shuttle and they’ll just take you to the terminal you tell them too . Whole thing was easy no hiccups .

If you like to save a couple of bucs, get the app and reserve a spot. My experience went smooth, went in, parked at the rooftop, left my car there, dropped down on the elevator, as l got down the shuttle was ready to take me to the airport, the driver extremely courteous, assisted me with my luggage in and out and within minutes we were at the airport. Very convenient and safe.

Easy to get in and out. Helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Shuttle pickup and drop off every 10 minutes. Have been using Preflight parking for most of my travel.

Regular shuttles arrive to pick/drop from/to the airport. Approximately 10 minute drive. Easy ride, great customer service by the driver. Made the car rental experience better!
