I have always had a good experience here. I have done a few pick ups from here. The ladies in the front are always nice and helpful. Check in is super easy. Pull out your iPhone, open camera and point on QR code. Gives you link to check in. Super easy and fast. I wish everyone would do this rather than pen and paper sign in. Some airlines are such a hassle to get checked in, docked and loaded. Polar is by far one of the best, and the staff has a lot to do with that.

Polar Air Cargo is been good for some time but now I am concerned about the use of face recognition software mask as a covid 19 thermometer without the consent of the customers that come to this place the machine is force forced upon the customers or you will not be help by the staff and have the unprofessional security guard take you out if you refuse to comply with this illegal use of civil privacy violations I don't have a problem taking my temperature but what this machine does with the information that keeps collecting is beyond covid 19 safety protocols the ACLU should have a look at this discrepancy and Civil Laws Violations

Maybe we hit this place during a slow time, but they got us uploaded and signed the paperwork in record time.

Not to bad they just need a restroom for the real essential factors like drivers be courteous the real heroes dont be like air china or china cargo
