I had an average experience with Pleasant Travel. The staff was polite and tried to be helpful, but communication could have been clearer throughout the booking process, which caused some confusion. Prices were decent, though I expected a bit more transparency about fees and options. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but there’s room for improvement in organization and responsiveness.
