From initial visit with proposal to unpacking at destination, Planes provided excellent customer service and quality packing and loading for my interstate move. Continuous communication from start to finish. Careful packing and handling which resulted in no damage. Very pleased with the entire process.

Planes Moving & Storage of Dayton provided a smooth and easy move on short notice. I had to move in one week’s time. Planes Moving and Storage had availability & scheduled me. Their web system allows you to provide an inventory & photos, so a reasonable estimate could be made. All the documentation is electric, making it quick and easy. I paid the estimate up front with the understanding if it took less time, a refund would be issued. My move coordinator answered all my questions. The moving team showed up on time, were polite and attentive during the walkthrough. They loaded the truck efficiently. They unloaded the truck equally efficiently, displaying teamwork and problem solving to get the items where I wanted them. The move took less time than estimated, and the refund was issued 2 days later. Planes Moving & Storage of Dayton did a super job from start to finish!
