I have both led and attended many FAM trips but this one was by far my most favorite trip! Not only was the group of agents with us amazing but Annaliza truly showed her kind side by constantly checking in to make sure we were all happy and healthy ♥️ We all had an absolute blast! We laughed together, learned together, and made memories together! I can’t wait to go on my next FAM with Annaliza!!

When inclement weather changed our state side anniversary plans, we consulted with Annaliza. She listened to our thoughts about what a vacation meant to us, and then put together options for our review. We selected a beautiful, all-inclusive resort in Cancun, Mexico. We enjoyed a private transport from the airport to the resort complete with champagne! At the resort we lounged in waters at our swim-up suite or followed the lazy river to one the many pools. Meals were delicious at any of the seven restaurants, and nightly entertainment was superb! We loved this trip so much that we traveled with a larger group the following year! Everything was perfectly planned! A group chat was created to coordinate the side trips, and dinners. This allowed everyone to express their individual interests, and identify those which would be 'group' events. Options included Catamaran/snorkeling, visiting ruins and cenotes, tequila tastings, beachside massages, and of course shopping! Everything was coordinated for our group! It was a wonderful vacation with our friends! I would highly recommend Pinnacle Travel Partners for planning your next vacation!

Annaliza was a great host during our Fam to Playa Del Carmen. The itinerary was full and there was never a dull moment. Her relationship with the sales managers allowed us to have an experience that we can share with our clients. Thank you.

I cannot say enough great things about Annaliza and this company. I got ahold of her and told her I wanted to go to Mexico gave her dates and she did the rest. From the car picking us up at the airport to the resort and all the info. The resort she booked was perfect and amazing. The manger of the resort spoke to us every day and was AMAZING. He was an excellent manger. The resort was beautiful, clean, great location. I give 5 stars to Annaliza and the entire trip. I had no worries. She had it all taken care of. I could just relax and enjoy my vacation. Book with her. You will not be disappointed

She was able to secure my flight and hotel accommodations in a very strict time frame. Not only did she handle all of my travel arrangements and needs, but they were far above the quality I was expecting.
