Convenient and easy access to I-75 whether you are heading south or north. There is a Subway inside, as well as other food and beverage options. It's very close to I-75 with little traffic, so you can get in and out quickly. Good place for a pitstop between Tampa and Miami.

This place is famous for always having broken pumps for many days. The only way to get out of here quickly is very early in the morning. If you can avoid it, this would be your best option. It is almost always a problem to get diesel here. People leave their trucks at the pump and go inside to eat, nobody says anything to them, this place is a mess. Inside the girls have good service and the bathrooms are clean. The problem is always outside.

We always pay for reserved truck parking. We haven’t had a spot the last three times we’ve paid. Management at this location, Pilot #352 Fort Myers, FL, doesn’t make the truckers move from the reserved spots they didn’t pay for. All other Pilot locations have employees driving around in golf carts making sure truckers aren’t parking in reserved spots they did not pay for. If they parked in a spot they did not reserve/pay for, they are asked to leave. If they do not leave, they are immediately towed….no questions asked at this point.

Shall I start with the dead body I woke up to in front of my truck about 30 to 40 yards away or the poor customer service when questions are asked or how about the showers that literally feel like hell if I could imagine it, can't leave out the fact that this place has only 2 rows of parking, first row reserved and lot is full 24hrs a day, good luck finding parking! I asked another bobtail who paid for a semi spot if I could park behind him and he said yes, but here comes a pilot employee telling me I must move from a space that's been paid for even though the person and truck was there and the reason was because I had no paper permit, what a farce! I told the manager and employees about the showers being super hot and you can feel the heat rush out when you open the door, rather than looking into it, here comes the ludicrous explanations that insults the intelligence of drivers who frequent these truck stops in 48 states and Canada. By all means I hope Knoxville is reading this and I will be calling to make a formal complaint! Oh yeah, I'm on day 8 of working this area with Hurricane Relief from Milton and a car just ran into the Boss Shops manager parked car. That's enough for now, let's see what tomorrow holds?!?!
