Ordered a Smart TV from Walmart prior to black Friday and everything was going good until they picked up the TV. For the Past week the package has been in Indiana showing as "in Transit" without any updates. I called today and a representative said there is no records of my package as being received or anything regarding delivery for tomorrow as stated on the website. First time using this service and last time.

Never use this freight service!!!! Slow service bad customer service and full of excuses and lies to delay your delivery. Unbelievable weeks late and they didn't care! My guess is if they don't have a truck going your way then you wont get your package until they do. They don't answer the phone and if they do its nothing but excuses. Terrible! don't take a chance, move on to someone reliable.

Ordered a Smart TV, And its showing on the way to be delivered without any further updates.Called the cust care and they have no idea where is the item.No updates on the tracker... pure disappointment.

They left my order at the wrong door just like that . I gave them instructions and the driver told me that not company policy to make delivery in front of customer doors.
