Recently bought a purple mattress that was shipped through pilot. Only complaint is you should add a day or two (at least) to the estimated delivery date for items that need to be signed for because they are unable to schedule a home delivery appointment until the item is received in the destination city. They were able to schedule it the next day in our case but I can see the wait being longer during holidays. Other than that, the delivery drivers did their job and were respectful of our very expensive item. They even brought it in to our bedroom (we had standard door drop-off) so they actually went above and beyond. I don’t know if their customer service has improved since they were bought by Maersk or what but seeing all these negative reviews did make me a little nervous about shipping through them but I’m glad to say I would use their services again.

Checked in at open hour, waited for 4 and half hour, only 20% finished and no one was working on our load, and there was no other truck doing live load or unload. Then I tried to contact warehouse supervisor. Manager sent the other guy done in half hour. It is really depends on who is working on your load.

Agree with a previous review - these guys have no business being in the customer/residential business - took them 7 days just to pick up my order in Tampa!! 7 days!!!! now another 7 to 10 before it "may" be delivered. Willl update this when/if I get my order and if it makes it without damage..

Rather rate negative 5 stars. If I knew Sam's club was shipping through them I would've canceled my order. The order arrived at the facility but never scheduled for deliver. Sam's had no idea what was going on. I had to email got them to actually schedule it. They ended up putting it on a one person truck and said they cant deliver it because it was on the second floor. So they rescheduled it for 2 days later on a 2 driver truck. On that day they called me and said they put it on a 1 driver truck again.... so I had to wait another 3 days for it finally be delivered. Took over 2 weeks for my order to be delivered after it arrived at their facility. Absolutely ridiculous.

I am 100% sure this company is excellent on the business to business side but they should absolutely not be involved with the consumer side. Their website is cumbersome and not user friendly in any way. I wish retail places would not involve them in their transactions when shipping store to home. I've become so irritated by the process that I'm just going to let them deal with my item. I ordered something to be delivered to my door. Not my job to schedule a delivery that Amazon pulls off on a daily basis. Shame on Walmart for trying to turn us into their own personal shipping agent.
