First time doing hot air balloon in Arizona.....amazing experience!!!!! Amazing crew!!!! The pilot Shane made sure the ride was enjoyable and a funny guy. He's crew are the hardworking people of the trip, setting up the air balloon and going on safety measure to make sure we have a safe trip. This is a must do experience when you come to Arizona, worth every penny.

Omg! The pilot Shane is beyond rude and condescending. Me and my sister just sat quiet and prayed for our safety until it was over. Afterwords we bonded with the other group over our shared mortifying experience and exchanged information which was the best thing that came from this awful experience. His attitude and rudeness was so unwarranted. DO NOT waste your time or money. There is nobody to make a complaint to so you’re just left feeling taken advantage of. Forget the money we wasted, we were all just happy to make it to the ground safely.

Mr. Shane was absolutely amazing! From the moment we took off, I could tell he truly loves what he does. He was so knowledgeable and made the whole experience unforgettable — I honestly felt like I was right there with him, learning to fly. What touched me most was that he’s a man of faith. Talking about Jesus during the flight brought such a calm and peaceful feeling to the entire experience. Mr. Shane and his crew showed incredible patience and determination. The wind tried to hold us back, but they didn’t give up — their resilience made the journey even more special. Thank you, Aerogelic Ballooning, for giving us such a beautiful memory. I’ll never forget it!

I would gladly give a 10 star rating if I could. Our experience was perfect. The weather couldn’t have been any better. Our driver Michelle was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything. She answered everyone’s questions. Our pilot, Shane, was very professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and a very smooth landing. Shane has many, many years of experience with a perfect safety record. We had the best experience for the first time we rode in a hot air balloon. I highly recommend Aerogelic and our pilot Shane.

Our hot air balloon ride with Aerogelic Ballooning was absolutely incredible! The entire experience felt very safe and well-organized from start to finish. The pilot was not only skilled and professional, but also extremely knowledgeable — he even gave us a little history lesson during the flight, which made it even more special.
