The folks at Enterprise gave us a Ford Mustang Mach E electric SUV after thinking they didn't have any EVs left. Imagine our surprise as this is one bad ass vehicle!! The whole process of picking up and dropping off couldn't have been easier if they tried to. Super efficient and friendly, I will never not use Enterprise again for all my rental car needs.

I despise the rental car center at the Phoenix airport! No matter what company we select, the wait is always over an hour, and sometimes more than 2 hours! Why?? Last time we chose Budget, and the counter had at least 8 computers, but only 3 people were working. The line was longer than a favorite roller coaster in an amusement park. Everyone was hot, somber, and just trying to keep their calm.

Well planned and easy to navigate. The Sky Train makes for an easy commute to the airport. The distances are a bit of a trek, something to be mindful for people with low mobility or the elderly

Good experience. Huge airport so you got to get their early so you're not rushing. Was here on business for my mobile medical clinic. We rented a backup car and everything was smooth.

Good rental with Avis. Tram takes you to rental car terminal. Returning to PHX, allow extra time. It takes some time especially when you're dragging luggage with you. Overall, I'll grade it B.

Stay away from Enterprise Rentals. It's a scam. After the rental we were in had an AC hose damaged by debris from another vehicle we were told we could have it towed or drive it ourselves. We tried to have it towed, but after almost an hour of them claiming the tow was there, even though it clearly wasn't, we drove it a few miles to their collision center. Once there, they said we had to drive it several miles to the airport instead. It was over 105° with no AC. Once at the airport, which is extremely obnoxious to navigate, no one there seemed to know why we were there. Once we finally got a replacement and tried to leave, we got held up at the gate for 15-20 minutes while they tried to figure out their own paperwork. Finally got everything done, left, and returned the car about a week later Not only did they send a fraudulent bill to the wrong person, they stole $500 from a passengers account without authorization! The reservation was set up for me through insurance after my truck was totaled. They were to add my father as an approved secondary driver only as I was still recovering from my accident physically and emotionally. They literally only have my signature. My father didn't sign a single piece paper. Enterprise wouldn't accept either of my cards so I had to use my father's for the required deposit, with a guarantee it that nothing else would be charged to it. While I was driving my son to a therapy session because of the previous accident, we were cut off by a truck dragging a dolly. Put of the dolly flew off, hit the road, then bounced up hitting the underside of the car an knock of a line to the AC. After Enterprise stole $500 from my father's account, they sent a fraudulent bill listing repair costs associated with replacing the radiator due to front end damage - there was never front end damage and the car would have overheated driving all over Phoenix like they had us doing in early September at 105°. They also included a towing bill from AAA stating the vehicle was towed from my son's doctor to the airport - again, this would be impossible considering it was never towed! We drove it to multiple locations per their instructions. On top of that, we called AAA and not only do they have no record of that tow, they said they didn't tow for Enterprise at all. We filed a police report for the initial hit and run, but can't get any help from the police, insurance, and especially not Enterprise. And from what I've read, they seem to be the leading experts in falsification of repair and cleaning reports, overcharging, misrepresentation, and subpar customer service. If you call they insist on going through their dispute department and that it'll take 10-15 days...it been more than 2 months. Or they'll tell you to go to the physical location and get a refund but they'll tell you they don't have those capabilities and tell you to call the same people who sent you there. It's a living nightmare dealing with them.

Arriving at Terminal 3, going through the shopping and restaurant areas to the Skytrain was effortless. Getting to the PHX Airport Rental Car Center on the Skytrain was kind of fun - think Disneyland monorail! Once inside the spacious, air conditioned building, I easily found the Rental Car counter where I had a reservation. The Payless customer service rep, Fernando, was very knowledgable and courteous. Once I had my contract in hand I was directed to the escalator and elevator for a quick ride to the lower level to easily find my vehicle. Driving out using GPS to Yuma was easy. Just as easy was driving back to return the car. There's good signage on the freeway to exit and return to the rental center. Driving through the Arizona desert at sunset was spectacular

Super easy and convenient to get to from the airport! We flew Delta into Terminal 3 and hopped on the tram, just two quick stops to the rental car center. The signage was clear and helpful the entire way, making it impossible to get lost. Aside from a very short walk (maybe 100 feet), the whole route is indoors and easy to navigate. Once we arrived, we found our rental car desk right away. There were several agents assisting customers, so we didn’t have to wait at all. Picking up the car was quick and hassle-free—exactly what you want after a flight!
