One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They are incompetent, inapt, and aggravating. Their website is usually broke, which is mine blowing in 2022 for a billion dollar company. I just spent three hours trying to buy a simple one-way ticket on their website, but whenever I got to the end and put in my credit card, it wouldn't work. Always an error message. Finally, I called them up, and they are just nonchalant, "oh yeah, the website is not working right now." So...maybe you can put a note on the website? Maybe something to let people know not to attempt to buy a ticket? And not like me, wasted three hours of my day getting aggravated? So finally, I had to call in to buy the ticket, and then guess what? I get two emails for two different tickets! One of the tickets was the one I bought on the telephone, and the other ticket was one that was processed despite the website telling me the transaction failed. With a heavy sigh, I called them back, and the funny thing is, when you want to buy a ticket, they answer right away. But when you have an issue, like I was having, they sent me to a different department, and after one hour and 15 minutes on hold, I finally hung up. Funny how that works with this company. So now I have two tickets on the same date for the same person, and so far I have yet to reach anybody who can cancel one of them, but both charges are on my credit card. Do yourself a favor, and use a different airline, you will have lower blood pressure and less wrinkles on your face, maybe less gray hair too. I swear to God, this is the last time I'm ever going to deal with this stupid, poorly run, inept company.

Counter agent was not familiar with international travel rules and tried making some up. She then got defensive and threatened to call security when I told her she was wrong. She backed down and got her manager instead, who sorted the situation out.

They are unable to book flights in person using mabuhay miles. You must call to book

We paid business class and theres no LOUNGE???
