I had a great experience working with Phenomenal Moments Travel. I planned a surprise trip for my husband’s 35th birthday and Letitia had to deal with 16 people. Everyone talked about how responsive she was. She provided us with the necessary information to travel, including COVID protocols. I asked her to set a dinner for the group at the resort and it was all set when we arrived. My group also received gift bags after we completed our booking payments. This was not my first group experience booking with Phenomenal moments and this won’t be my last!

Letitia created a wonderful experience for my friends and I, in celebration of my friend finishing law school and completing her bar exam. Having her as a travel agent made the experience truly seamless, and took much of the stress of logistics off of us. Would highly recommend!

Letitia was a GOD'S send! She was able to book not one but THREE trips for me! The 1st trip was Jamaica, the 2nd trip was Miami and the 3rd trip was Vegas. The trip was well overdue. Got to my destination in Mexico safely, Thank God. Covid restrictions in place and well taken care of. Letitia Smith pretty much saved my long awaited vacations life! Once I arrived at the hotel I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spectacular. Cleaning service daily and room service. Who can ask for more. I did not enjoy the water selection but they accommodated me. I would book this trip again without hesitation. Definitely a phenomenal moment!
