Picked up my first trail bike from Phat Tire Bella Vista, and the experience couldn’t have been better. The team was super friendly and really knew their stuff. Ryker helped me out—great guy and super knowledgeable. He made sure I found the exact bike I was looking for and walked me through everything, step by step. Even gave me some great tips on how to take care of it. They’ve also got one of the best trail-exclusive mountain bike and parts selections I’ve seen—tons of awesome options. Awesome customer service—10/10. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone.

I really gave both the Bentonville and Bella Vista stores multiple tries, really wanting to like them for convenience and they're employees are really nice. I took my rear tire in to get the ratchet rings replaced, paid a good amount for the parts. I got my rear setup back and put it back on my bike. I finally got the chance to ride it and noticed it was really rubbing and wouldn't peddle, but assumed something was too tight, the cassette but it was the complete opposite. I decided to take it to Phat Tire in Bentonville and the cassette was absolutely loose, rubbing against my frame, tearing it. I'm extremely disappointed because now I now have to deal with this, hopefully this doesn't cause any issues. Looks like the derailleur will be tough to get off due to the consistent rubbing and grinding.

Been shopping here since they opened. The whole team has been phenomenal. With my whole family getting into the sport of mountain biking, this crew helped us start from day one. They helped size us when we began shopping for our bikes, gave us helpful pointers on what to look for while selecting a bike, and even built and fitted our bikes once they were shipped in. They even honored their warranty for our bikes not purchased through them. Now, my oldest child races competitively for NICA. They have helped with every purchase in selecting the right equipment he needs to train and compete. Even when we have made a purchase that proved defective, they’ve warrantied all defective purchases with absolute ease. I cannot recommend this shop enough. Adam and his whole team have been wonderful and we will continue to shop with Phat Tire in Bella Vista for years to come.

I irreparably damaged the cage and jockey wheel on my AXS derailer. I went into Phat Tire Bella Vista, and Riker said it was toast. Ordering a replacement cage would take a week, and a new detailer would’ve cost a fortune. He searched until he found a scrap AXS derailer that had a perfectly good cage on it. He pulled it off and got it on my bike in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. He basically saved my trip to Bentonville, and the derailer worked perfectly. A very nice young man, and someone who shows up to work every day focused on the customer leaving happy.

These folks fixed a flat and got me back on the trails in less than an hour. They had the tube in stock and had stellar customer service! Ryker went above and beyond and also had some great tips for performing maintenance! I will definitely use these folks in the future. Can't emphasize enough how kind and knowledgeable the staff were!
