Penny is amazing! She always gives great travel recommendations, is super responsive, and makes planning so easy. She’s my go-to for any trip, especially Sandals resorts!

I came across Penny Sheldon 20 years ago by accident while searching Sandals vacations. What a God send! Penny knows everything there is about booking you a vacation in Paradise :) We booked with her then and we have booked every Caribbean vacation with her since and will continue to do so :) Plus, her services are so helpful in case of unexpected events like hurricanes and family emergencies. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary in St. Lucia when we got the call that my husband’s father had passed away unexpectedly at home. I was at loss for what to do and then I remembered what Penny always says, “Honey, If you have any issues at all, just call me and I’ll take care of everything”. And that’s what I did. One call to Penny and she handled everything to get us back home to our family. You can’t put a price on that and the fact that it cost nothing to use her services requires no second thoughts there :) And now for our current trip in April, our Sandals South Coast Jamaica trip had to be changed due to hurricane Melissa. Again, Penny handled everything and got us switched to St. Lucia Grande at no extra cost, invaluable services :) Thanks Penny!

We have been using Penny Sheldon with Penny Sheldon Travel for years. My wife will not research locations ,plan or book travel without using Penny’s services which include insight to even the most basic questions. Travel issues can arise even with the best plans and Penny stays with you the whole way. She will go the extra mile to check in on you and be a resource for anything you need.
