I booked Donna and the Pegasus team for an early morning flight out of Logan and a late night returning. She was enormously professional and kind, and went out of her way to help my kids feel comfortable and get us to the airport and home on time. Their rates are absolutely reasonable, and I will definitely book with her again soon! I highly recommend this service!

Called them based on the reviews on Google. Donna hemmed and hawed about whether or not she'd have availability to do the transport almost a month away and when I said gave her an out and said it's fine, I can book her an Uber if you can't, she was absolutely rude and said 'You know what, that's fine, book her an Uber". My daughter is a freshman in college...they just cost themselves 4 years of possible business. I'll call Great Woods Shuttle back, they were polite and eager to be of service.

I recently used them to drive 4 of us to Logan airport at 3 am and pick us up when our return flight arrived. I was very impressed with them. They picked us up right on time and we’re waiting at Logan when we returned. Their fee was reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Was getting pick up and drop off services to airport for a group of five. The van for transportation broke down the morning of pickup so our group was transported in the family SUV while our luggage was transported in another vehicle. That was understandable, BUT the condition of the vehicle was subpar. The interior including seats and windows were filthy and had a foul smell. We all felt like we needed a shower after dropoff to airport. The couple was apologetic for the inconvenience but no offer of discounting the ride was made. Then for trip back home, after our one week vacation, the van was yet to be fixed so we had to endure the same inconvenience with two separate vehicles and the SUV was still grimy. The charge was still not offered to be discounted. We spent $420 on a round trip commute to be in squalor! My recommendation is to seek another transportation service that actually cares about the comfort and health of their patrons.
