Would never use again!! We had booked a cruise on our own and was convinced by Elisa that she could get us a cheaper rate if we “booked” with her (ie added her as a travel agent to our booking). Well, apparently, we had the “best rate” already. So, the only thing booking this place accomplished was getting a bunch of useless emails with tips we already knew! And she made money off of us. If she tells you she can get you a better rate, SHE’S LYING!!!!

Ellen and her team are fantastic! She planned an amazing family trip for 12 of us. It was not easy... some members of my family are not vaccinated, we were coming from 4 different states, we had a baby and a teenager... the list of criteria we gave her was like a complicated puzzle, but she did it! She recommended a resort in Cancun. We were there last month and loved it! Thanks to Ellen for working so hard to plan such a fantastic vacation for us!

My wife and I were wanting to go to Maldives for our honeymoon, we went and met with Ellen who took care of everything for us. Our honeymoon was amazing. From transportation from our house, to the airport, all the way to the other side of the globe and back was provided. She was available for any questions we had, and thus being our first international trip, we had a bunch! She updated us on all changes regardless of how small. We had the best time of our lives and we owe it to Ellen! Highly recommend and will go back for our next trip! 10/10

This travel agency is amazing. We went with them to book our carnival cruise this past September. From the beginning Ellen stayed in constant communication with us. Every question I had was answered, and she took the headache of trying to book online with carnival completely away.
