Palm Beach International Airport is very clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the travel experience smooth and pleasant. The food options are also great, with tasty choices for every traveler. A comfortable and enjoyable airport overall

I love traveling from this airport. It's not usually crowded and congested as others. The cops are always vigilant and keeps the traffic flowing. Since it's smaller the walk to your gate is not very far Staff overall are polite and attentive. Best this is getting there I find it quite scenic.

Travelled to West Palm Beach for a church related function and was able to get a straight flight from Nashville TN to PBI, I like those non stop flights. The facility was very busy but very efficient, I was impressed with the way the Southwest agents processed us thru and the TSA officials were pleasant, also. The facility was presentable and clean, the restrooms were very clean. There was adequate power outlets to charge your devices and the choices for food was endless. Ample choices for picking up any needed necessities and even my rental car process was without any difficulty. I have flown to Fort Lauderdale in the past but I will use PBI from this time forward, they did a great job!

TSA was fast, kind and not in a rush like other airports. They guided me through the process - since it’s been over a decade since I last flown and almost everything has changed. The bathrooms are clean in the main entrance, pretty decent in Concourse C - they have water bottle filters which is amazing since I have an empty water bottle to fill. It tastes decent too. The layout is extremely easy to navigate since it is a smaller airport. Lots of different shops and food areas though which is a plus if you’re hungry.

Palm Beach International Airport is hands down my favorite airport in Florida. It’s an efficient and easy-to-navigate airport that never feels overwhelming. The staff are friendly and helpful, which makes the whole travel experience feel more relaxed. I’ve flown through here several times, and I’m always impressed by how short the lines are. Security moves quickly, and it never feels crowded or chaotic. The airport itself is clean, well-kept, and has a calm, almost laid-back vibe that’s rare in airports these days. The rental car centers are conveniently located nearby, with free shuttles provided for easy access. There’s also a cell phone waiting lot just five minutes away in the airport area, which makes picking up arriving passengers a breeze. PBI offers stress-free traveling and is truly among one of the best U.S. airports.

Aaaaah West Palm Beach.. sounds like a beautiful paradise. With the amount of wealth here you would expect a gorgeous airport based on those property taxes. Well you would be wrong. It’s all under construction and maybe in the future it will be awesome. But right now be prepared to take a journey to the 1980s. The parking is limited, the terminal is dated. It just doesn't fit the ritzy beach city it services. Hopefully one day when the construction is complete it will be something great. Fingers crossed.

Horrible experience with some low life employee. He is a curbside baggage handler outside Jet Blue on 11/12/25 at approx 530 pm. I went home on an emergency and needed directions back to my parked car. I said excuse me do you know how to get to short term parking. He says well hello to you like i didn’t see hello first. He says most people say hello with a greeting I said i’m going home on an emergency but he kept at it. I did curse him out and he deserved every word. I have his pic as he covered his ID I will try to post pic here.
