Excellent customer service and convenient location in Bella Vista! I called ahead because I needed to ship a truck rack. I was able to get a quote over the phone. I took it in the next day and the 2 gentleman worked hard to pack the rack safely in the smallest number of boxes possible. I was able to ship it FedEx and they said UPS will be added in the near future. Highly recommend!

I've been thinking Bella Vista needs a pack & ship place for years. We are so fortunate to have them in our town. They are very friendly and helpful. I drop off Fedex and UPS almost daily. If you need things packed, they are equipped to help. You can also get a private mailbox too.

OMG this place is awesome. I will always go here for any documents or packaging or shipping that I need to do because I went there with some documents that I needed download it. And print it off and it gave them a fit trying to figure out off of my phone, how to send it to their printer. They figured it out, and I was like, hmm, this is going to be costly, but it only was $3.82. I'm very surprised very happy and the folks in there. Super good nice people

I needed to ship an odd shaped item and Pack Ship was able to create a packaging solution that eliminated the need for excessive packing materials and an oversized box. Friendly and very service driven without high pressure. Recommended!
