Ok, let me level with you - It's not fun. The fact is, if you're visiting this place, you've probably done something stupid, and it's not their job to make you feel better about it. That said, everyone from the security guards, to the probation officers, to the judge were all very respectful and fair. And it helps if you play by the rules - They mean what they say and I recommend you don't test them

Very rude on the phone and lack of concern/compassion. Sent me an letter with important dates and info inside but didn’t receive the letter till after the date passed. It’s honestly like why even send a notice with the last day to fix the problem and have a deadline two days after the letter is typed. No mail is delivered in 2-3days. Seem very unfair and just a way for them to charge extra fees that a college student who work 10hours a week just can’t afford. Very frustrating for a college student who is juggling school, work, bills, and now rude people at this court.

I called to ask a very simple question and was nothing but nice, Branda answered the phone snarky and was telling me over and over that I was wrong in a rude manor. My advice to someone who works the front desk phone is to be a little nicer to someone who's asking a simple question nicely. Rather than tell me I'm wrong over and over again you could have gone about this in a much nicer way.

This place has a complete disregard for civil rights and civil procedure. Obviously traffic court is a complete scam on private travelers. But do they need to make it that obvious... What a bunch of crooks. How do self respecting people sign up for such corrosive employment like that?!?!?
